Jeff Longspaugh got his start working for his parents in the seventies. His mother and father were in the construction, excavation business for many years. Jeff started his own, go for broke, bootstrap, new construction plumbing service business in 1997. He spent years as the lone master plumber answering phones and doing all the work by himself. Since then, he has hired some good people and his business has grown.

ClearWater Plumbers represents 23 years of hard work and learning. The business looks like an overnight success on the outside but really has been a test in persistence and a lot of learning and applying work.

Over the years Jeff has learned how to keep and cultivate his existing client base as well as add the new, more desirable work he wants. Jeff started Craftsman Publication in an effort to help other tradesman grow their businesses fast.
